The Orchard Park Town Wreckers Swim Team (TWST) is seeking an enthusiastic assistant head coach to further develop and expand a competitive swim program for an established year round team. Our 150+ swimmers range in age from 6 to 18 with various skill levels. This position will provide you the opportunity to work closely with the head coach to increase individual and team performance. The coaching staff is fully supported by a dedicated volunteer parent board.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years coaching experience and be USA Swim certified coach in good standing. Must be skilled teaching proper stroke technique, demonstrate proficiency in the areas of recruitment and retention of swimmers and coaches, and have the ability to motivate and work effectively with swimmers of all ages, coaching staff, and parents.
